Because Barb is a Certified Pilates Instructor as well as a Certified Personal Trainer, she creates a workout using pilates, free weights, balance balls, therabands, etc. What ever brings the quickest results to her clients.

She also likes to take a team approach with you. If you don’t like a certain move or method, Barb will switch to what does resonate with you. There are many different ways to exercise your muscles. Doesn’t it make sense to find one you enjoy?
