Barbara Joy

Barbara Joy is a Certified Pilates Instructor and a Personal Trainer. She has over 25 years of total health and fitness experience. Barbara has always been active – gymnastics, aerobics, competitive running, weight lifting, dancing.

After developing low back pain, Barbara Joy decided to try Pilates after a friend shared that she eliminated her back pain with Pilates. After just five sessions she noticed she was standing taller, breathing better and her back pain was reduced. Within 10 sessions the back pain was gone.

Through consistent Pilates practice Barbara Joy remains pain free, and so can you. Plus, thanks to Pilates, she enjoys a strong, supple body that is aging gracefully and and beautifully.
